Customer Service Manager
Fast growing company within the apparel industry has an immediate opening for an ambitious, aggressive, and highly motivated Customer Service Manager responsible for as many as 10 customer service reps. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree and at least five years of Customer Service Management experience. Must have proven experience in managing a team and reaching department goals. Upbeat, positive, and focused demeanor. Individual must be able to work well with customers at all levels, be proactive and require limited supervision. Excellent verbal and written communications, customer focus and strong interpersonal skills are required. MUST BE OUT OF THE APPAREL INDUSTRY.
